I was invited to redesign the website for Med Breaks, a series of mini surf films documenting a journey through the shores, highlighting the local surf culture and home breaks of each destination along the coastline.
Med Breaks, stands for Mediterranean surf breaks. Sharing a strong connection to the nature and the sea with Corona Beer.
While it was important to focus on the videos themselves, the website had to be aligned just enough to be associated with the broader Corona Beer brand identity.
I have mapped out three style directions for the website, in order to have a visual baseline to align with the client, and make sure we all understand each other visually, before starting any design process.
Once we’ve figured out the visual direction and the content structure, I have proceeded to the design stage.
